Hill Of A Race
April 6, 2025
Hill of a Race is a one-of-a-kind event in the Edmonton area. When was the last time you powered up a groomed ski run in your runners? That’s right – this race takes place on the slopes of Rabbit Hill Snow Resort, without any skiers or snowboarders in sight. It’s a challenging and exciting experience for all levels of snow runners, walkers, crawlers, and sliders.
As part of the River’s Edge Running Series, this event raises funds for Olive Tree Projects, a maternity center in Jacmel, Haiti, founded by Sarah Wallace in 2008. All net proceeds from this event will support Olive Tree Projects.
Participants will navigate up and down groomed ski runs, so extra traction on your runners might be helpful. Walking poles are permitted. Whether you’re running, walking, or sliding, we can’t wait to see you at the hill!
