Season Pass and Season Rental Refund Policy
Rabbit Hill does not guarantee the number of operational days each season, and there are no refunds or credits for any perceived loss of riding days due to weather, mechanical breakdown, or other factors beyond Rabbit Hill’s control.
Before Opening:
Season pass and season rental refund requests before opening day are fully refundable and are not subject to the 5% refund fee.
After Opening:
Once the season has commenced, refunds on season passes and season rentals will only be considered for the following reasons:
Serious Injury and Major Medical Conditions

A Dr’s note must accompany the official refund request stating the date of the injury or major medical condition.

The injury or major medical condition must prevent skiing or snowboarding for a minimum of 21 days.
Employment Relocation

A letter from the employer stating the date and length of the relocation must accompany the official refund request.

The relocation must be a minimum of 150 km away from Rabbit Hill to be considered.
Refund requests must be made by email or in-person to Customer Service, with accompanying documentation, before the request is official. Telephone Conversations with Customer Service staff are not considered official refund requests.
After opening day, refund requests will be subject to a 5% refund fee. The amount refunded will be based on usage and the date Customer Service received the official refund request, see the scale below for more info.

Lift Ticket & Rental Refund Policy
Lift tickets and rentals are non-refundable and non-transferable. Resort credits will be issued when snow and weather conditions do not meet our guest’s expectations within 60 minutes of purchase. If the chairlift is shut down due to weather or mechanical issues for more than 30 minutes, a resort credit will be issued. Any lift ticket and rental purchased must be used in the season it was purchased in. There are no refunds on unused lift tickets and rentals. If Rabbit Hill closes for any period of time during the season, due to circumstances beyond our control, any lift tickets and rentals booked for those dates will be re-booked for another date during the same season.
No refunds will be issued on resort credits.
Lesson Refund Policy
All lesson refunds are subject to a 5% refund fee. No refund or credit will be issued to participants who choose to not show up or miss lessons for any reason. Lessons are held in all weather conditions. Lessons will be re-booked for another date, or a resort credit will be issued if lessons are cancelled by Rabbit Hill due to a hill closure because of severe and unsafe weather conditions.
Private Lessons:
Private lessons are refundable, less the 5% refund fee, only if cancelled at least 5 days prior to the lesson start date. Private Lessons can be transferred to another date within the same season at no charge up to 2 days prior to the lesson start date.
Snow Squad Group Lessons:
Snow Squad Group Lessons are refundable, less the 5% refund fee, only if cancelled at least 5 days prior to the lesson start date.
1-Day Group Lessons:
1-Day Group Lessons are refundable, less the 5% refund fee, only if cancelled at least 3 days prior to the lesson start date. Lessons can be transferred to another date within the same season at no charge up to 2 days prior to the lesson start date.
3-Week Alpine Academy Group Lessons:
3-Week Alpine Academy Group Lessons are refundable, less the 5% refund fee, only if cancelled at least 5 days prior to the lesson start date. All participants enrolled in the 3-Week Alpine Academy must attend the first lesson. If the first lesson is missed, the participant must be re-enrolled in a subsequent lesson. If a participant misses the second, or third lesson, there will be no makeup days or refunds offered.
Lesson Bundles:
Lesson Bundles are non-refundable. All lessons purchased in a bundle must be used by closing day in the season they were purchased.
Winter Tubing Ticket Refund Policy
If you have purchased Tubing tickets in advance and can no longer make it, you will receive a credit in your account for the value you paid. There will be no cash refunds for Tubing unless Rabbit Hill closes the Tube Park due to weather or unsafe lane conditions.
Embrace Card and Gift Card Refund Policy
Embrace Cards and Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Summer Tubing Ticket Refund Policy
There are no refunds for missed start times. Start times that are cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance will be subject to a 5% refund fee or resort credit.
Credits will be issued if Rabbit Hill must close the tube park during a scheduled time block due to inclement weather, unsafe tubing conditions, or any circumstances beyond Rabbit Hill’s control.
Any start times that are cancelled by Rabbit Hill before they have started will be given a full refund. Any guest who shows up late to the last time block of the day will not be issued any refund or credit for missed time.

What type of information do we collect?
When you or your family members purchase products from Rabbit Hill we require some non-public personal information. The non-public information we retain may include your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, age, weight, shoe size, as well as your skiing or snowboarding ability level. If renting equipment for the day we may require a drivers license number for security purposes.
Why do we collect such information?
We collect this non-public information in order to process payment transactions, properly register you in lesson programs and to have accurate contact information in the case of an emergency. We also utilize the information to mail renewal opportunities and to inform our customers of any new products or promotions. In respect to renting equipment for the day, we collect personal information to ensure the return of the equipment and to assure us of the identity of the individual renting the equipment.
What about Credit Card or Debit Card information?
We do not store or retain any banking information. At the time of purchase you may provide us with a credit card number for payment, this can be done in person, online or over the phone. We do not store or record this information in our database. Any forms that are manually processed containing such information are shredded after the transaction has been completed.
Why do we use Cookies on our website?

Why do I need to provide information for Promotions and Contests?

Rabbit Hill offers a monthly/bi-monthly newsletter and occasional promotional communications. Should you choose to enroll we will collect your contact information, such as name and email address. Rabbit Hill sometimes provides links to other organizations’ websites. Participate in a Contest or Promotion
